The support and maintenance services would be provided to our clients throughout the duration of the project assignment and warranty period of the products supplied; after which, valued clients would need to sign the Maintenance Contract with us.

These services shall be provided in the form of the telephone support and on-site support during normal business days between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday except public holidays and designated, unless on-site services are deemed necessary.
